Originally from Vinhedo-SP, Brazil. A professional with a strategic profile, systemic vision, and focus on results, committed to operational excellence and the continuous development of people, contributing to the competitiveness and sustainability of large companies.
I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal School of Engineering of Itajubá (EFEI/1999), with an emphasis on Industrial Production.

My experience has been built over 27 years in the industrial area, 25 of them at Toyota do Brasil, working in Production Control and Logistics management, Supplier Engineering Development (MONOZUKURI – in Japanese “MONO”=things and “ZUKURI”=to manufacture), Internal Operations Management Development, and Internal Logistics. I have a solid track record in industrial operations management, with recognized competence in leading multidisciplinary teams and implementing continuous improvement programs aimed at increasing productivity, quality excellence, and strengthening the safety culture. Extensive knowledge of key management and operational efficiency methodologies: Toyota Production System (Lean Manufacturing), Just in Time, and 5S.
I worked at Toyota do Brasil plants located in the cities of Indaiatuba, São Bernardo do Campo, and Sorocaba. I also had the opportunity to carry out several technical missions at Toyota Motor Corporation factories and supplier plants in other countries such as Japan, Argentina, India, Turkey, the United States, and Mexico.
In addition to my professional career, I highly value my family and my faith. I believe that to succeed in everything we do, we need to balance our professional and personal lives, as the balance between body, mind, and spirit allows us to perform tasks with clarity and accuracy. The practice of Jiu Jitsu has often been an important tool for maintaining this balance. I always seek time to be with my family, travel, and practice physical activities.
