Bob has successfully completed over 125 performance improvement projects and15 organization-wide Lean transformations. 

Bob has 30 years of experience leading organizations and teams to achieve transformational performance through leveraging front-line team member engagement, kaizen culture, problem solving, and continuous process improvement.

Bob began his career leading manufacturing operations at General Motors, including Toyota experience at NUMMI, followed by 15 years of experience applying Lean techniques as Division President, COO, and CEO of both manufacturing and service companies.  Bob has a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Kettering University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
