Hello! I’m Leandro Ribeiro, a Lean business consultant with a deep passion for TPS/Lean. I was born in Salto-SP, Brazil, and from a young age I developed a keen interest in solving complex problems and helping companies realize their full potential.
My educational background includes a degree in Marketing from Centro Universitário Internacional (Uninter). I further specialized in the Toyota Production System, specifically in methodologies like TJI (Toyota Job Instruction), CCQ (Quality Control Circles), and Regional Dojo Instruction (Training Center) for Toyota’s fundamental skills. All of these specializations were completed at the Toyota Institute in Japan. Throughout my academic journey, I honed my analytical, strategic, and leadership skills, all of which have proven to be instrumental in my career as a Lean consultant.
With over 18 years of experience in the field of people development using Lean methodologies, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients. These clients span various industries, including entertainment, technology, manufacturing, retail, sugarcane, automotive, and healthcare. Over the years, I have built an extensive portfolio serving companies such as Orizon, SBT, Raizen, Eurofarma, Comgás, Armac, and Fleximedical.
In addition to my professional journey, I place great importance on my family. As a dedicated father and husband, I firmly believe in the significance of achieving balance between one’s personal and professional life. I consistently make an effort to allocate time with my family, travel, and engage in physical activities like walking and practicing Judo with my eldest daughter, to maintain overall well-being and quality of life.
