Hello, my name is Ikeda Cesar.

Currently, I work as a Senior Business Management Consultant, focusing on Logistics and based on Lean Manufacturing (TPS) principles. I have a degree in Business Administration and have had the opportunity to work in various areas throughout my career, from operations (Genba) to back-office functions such as HR, IT, and Purchasing.

My professional journey includes 10 years in Japan, where I gained valuable experience working for companies such as Sony, Denso, and Murata. These learnings were consolidated over 25 years in Toyota’s logistics department, with positions in Indaiatuba, Sorocaba, and Porto Feliz.

Throughout this journey, contact with so many people has shown me that the true differentiator of organizations lies in the mind and heart of each individual. Therefore, my mission today is to contribute to the development of people within companies.

At Toyota, I am very proud of one of my first experiences in the logistics field: the opportunity to investigate all suppliers in Brazil, visiting each one to deeply understand their operations and design the best paths for implementing the Milk Run system — a model that works with clockwork precision.
