Hi, I’m Francisco Estrada, though most people know me as ‘Paco’. My expertise in Lean revolves around promoting the achievement of challenging organizational goals in a practical and hands-on learning environment. A particular passion of mine is aiding individuals in their development and growth within a Lean transformation, as key to achieving sustained business results.
Since 2008, as a Lean consultant for Honsha.org, I’ve been applying this approach in organizations across numerous sectors in more than 10 countries.
Born in Mexico, I’ve resided in the city of Guadalajara since 1989. My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Design and postgraduate studies in Engineering for Quality and Project Management, along with Black Belt certifications in Six Sigma and Lean Sigma.
With over 20 years of experience supporting the implementation of Lean methodologies in various industries, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with Toyota senseis to contribute to the Lean transformation of companies in diverse sectors such as Steel, Pharmaceutical, Brewing, Nonwoven Fabric, Petfood, Medical Equipment, Healthcare, State Governments (WA, AZ), and more.
On a personal note, I’m a photography enthusiast and take the opportunity to apply my notions of design and composition to promote simplicity and clarity in various aspects of Visual Management, Training, and during the process of Problem Solving.
I deeply value the TPS/Lean pillars of ‘Continuous Improvement’ and ‘Respect for People’, as well as the significance and impact of servant leadership.
