Hello, I’m Gerson Damiani, and I’m a dynamic force in operational transformation. With infectious energy, I bridge the gap between frontline workers and senior management, focusing on rapidly implementing fundamental Lean practices to improve the value stream. Whether it’s standard work analysis, changeover reduction, kitting, or digital management systems, I’m here to make it happen.
My extensive experience comes from 16 years at Toyota do Brasil, where I worked in various production areas, including die casting, heat treatment, machining, assembly, and pressing. This hands-on experience is where I honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of Lean systems.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and have completed an advanced course in Business Administration tailored for engineers. My expertise spans a wide range of areas, including production engineering, mechanical design, value stream analysis, pull systems design, inventory optimization, cell design, standardized work, structured problem solving, changeover analysis, TPM implementation, process improvement and digital management systems.
Today, I lead and manage operational transformations throughout the United States, Mexico, and South America. I’m passionate about implementing fundamental Lean practices in a fast and engaging way, and I bring my expertise in value stream optimization, standardized work, changeover reduction, and digital management systems to the forefront.
In essence, my focus is on transformative action rather than just knowledge. I have a very engaging and relentless energy that connects well with both frontline workers and leaders. My goal is to drive positive change and improve processes in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
