Goal 

Enhance the distribution of medication to remote villages in East Timor’s most vulnerable regions. As the Democratic Republic of East Timor entered its fourth year, Honsha partnered with its government, providing seminars, and coaching to aid service organizations. 

Key Results 

Medication Distribution: 

  • Reached 70% more patients with the same team in the same amount of time. 

  • Improved inventory accuracy by 45%. 

Computer Skills: 

  • Coached over 20 high school students. 

Daycare Meal Planning: 

  • Eliminated spoilage and streamlined the ordering process to provide meals for 120 children.
