Hello! I’m Greg Taylor, a dedicated improvement and innovation leader with a passion for mentoring others. My career at Toyota, where I spent fourteen years in the Operations Management Development Division (OMDD), was pivotal in shaping my approach to people development and organizational transformation. My mission is to help individuals and teams understand, simplify, and transform their work, with a strong emphasis on developing their capabilities and potential.

The people-centric culture at Toyota has profoundly influenced my philosophy. I believe that by focusing on an organization’s most valuable assets—its people—we can unlock deep creativity and motivation. My goal is to guide organizations from merely achieving what they think they can do to realizing what they should do, all while making work easier and more resource efficient.

My experience spans manufacturing, government, and healthcare operations, where I’ve learned that true transformation comes from the way people think, not just the tools or technology they use. I’m well-suited for leadership roles in environments where complex problems impact the flow and quality of work. As a motivated and realistic optimist, I excel in helping people think more broadly and tap into their own resources to achieve their mission.

I hold a Master of Arts in Human Development & Learning and a Bachelor of Arts in Education, both from Wheaton College. I have extensive experience with union environments and lean system transformation in government, healthcare, services, and knowledge-based organizations.
